The Hotel - Boutique 'Frederic Koklen' is a small, charming hotel that is located in the historical center of Odessa only 10-minute leisurely walk from the main street - Deribasovskaya. 4-storey hotel building was built in 1852 by famous Russian architect Ivan Kozlov for a nice family of Koklen who has made a major contribution to the development and prosperity of Odessa. The facade of the building, which is a historical monument, decorated with stucco Gallic rooster - a symbol of an ancient French family Koklen. After the renovation of the building (2011) hotel Frederic Koklen is a successful combination of elegance of classic style and modern technology. Each floor was made in own style. There are the light French, English noble and warm Spanish. Organic combination of styles creates a unique atmosphere of comfort, elegance and hospitality.

Frederick Koklen Hotel offers 17 comfortable rooms of different categories: Apartments, 4 Suites, 2 Junior Suite, 2 Superior Standard rooms and 8 Standard rooms.

Each room has its unique design. The interior rooms using only natural materials - wood, leather and marble. The spirit of classic paintings emphasize based on the artists of the 19th century, decorative painting walls, decorating the rooms and guests areas . The hotel's rooms overlook old city streets, or at the Odessa patio.

Frederick Koklen Hotel equipped especially for the comfort of its guests – modern systems of water and electrical supply, passenger elevator, outdoor video surveillance systems, providing reliable protection. There are Cafe, bar, small gym and massage.
