The room was nice , clean .
i did not like the staff, they were not very friendly and quite rude i think, and namely the guys at reception
also the breakfast for 79 UAH is not enough and the choice is limited
we were told that we were entitled to free access to the beach by staying at the hotel but we had to pay a supplement at the beach

We enjoyed our stay at Palladium for one evening and would return. The staff were very courteous. The room was clean and thoughtfully supplied with items travelers might need. Breakfast was very good with delicious fresh juices, and was provided with a 70 hryvn credit per person, which was nearly adequate for us. The best part of our stay however was free admission to their seaside beach club, Itaka at Arkadia Beach, where we spent a day in the sun. It was wonderful.
