1. The staff is great. Front desk is polite. The security guards are not in-your-face stupid and actually decent. Even the bank teller (in her small, small office by the stairs ...) is a nice person.
2. The restaurant is actually very high class and a hidden gem. Even the steak was actually good quality meat and very well roasted.
3. The location is VERY convenient. Close to railway station, 24-hour convenience store, et cetera et cetera.

This hotel is very nice, clean, with very friendly staff. Location is perfect!. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
1. The toiletries for sale counter by the elevator are pointless. It took forever to get the person with the key to open it to buy one lousy emery board/nail file. I wonder how long the rest of the items have been sitting in there ...
2. The mattress is garbage. The sheets are just as bad. The room was non-smoking but typically, NO SMOKE ALARM so everyone smokes and the room stinks like an ashtray unless you turn up A/C full blast. The furniture is equally low quality.
